Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text) when you register.

Order & delivery information: shipping and billing addresses, order history, cart and wishlist contents.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Spacejen does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details — Razorpay handles and secures that data directly.

Seller information: for seller accounts, business details, bank account information for payouts, and uploaded documents (e.g. business licenses) used for verification.

Support & communications: messages you send us through support tickets or reviews you leave on products.

Device & usage information: basic technical data (such as IP address and app version) generated automatically when the app or website communicates with our servers, used for security and rate-limiting. The Spacejen mobile app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not request access to your device's location, camera, microphone, or contacts.

We use the information above to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process and deliver your orders, and let sellers fulfil them
• Process payments and seller payouts securely via Razorpay
• Send order updates, notifications, and respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Meet our legal and tax obligations

We share information only as needed to run the marketplace: with the seller you buy from (order and delivery details, so they can fulfil your order), with Razorpay (to process payments), and with delivery partners (to ship your order). We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for third-party advertising.

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see below).

You can review and update your profile and addresses at any time from your account settings. To request a copy of your data or to delete your account, contact us using the details below — we'll respond within 30 days.

Spacejen is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the “last updated” date above whenever we do, and material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
